Sweet Parrish Place Style {Vol. 5}

Hey all!  Welcome to my weekly style post! Every week, I take pictures of my outfits and join other bloggers around blog land who do the same.  These posts are something that I really enjoy, because I have always had a passion for fashion.  I love putting together new outfits, and shopping my own closet to wear things in different ways.  I wear the clothes I own forever, but I usually don’t wear any item in the exact same way more than once or twice.

This was a typical day at work, like most of the outfits I share.  I have owned this denim skirt for years, and still wear it once in while.  You can see this skirt styled differently here

We held a Career Fair at work the day I wore this outfit.  I wanted to look professional since so many guests would be in our building.  You can see another way I styled this sweater here, and the grey pants here.

Striped Navy Sweater- Saks Outlet (old)

This was casual Friday, and it is starting to get too cold here for me to be comfortable without socks on, so I tried wearing some fun socks with my Chuck Taylors.  You can see this sweater styled differently here

Striped Cardigan- Gap (last winter)

My daughter and I both own this bracelet.  “You are always in my heart”.  I pegged these jeans to make them more skinny.  They are boot leg jeans.

This is what I wore to the movies with LC on Sunday.  Dumb and Dumber part 2 was awesome!  The first one was the funniest movie I have ever seen.  I know, because I laughed so hard I peed myself.  Of course I was 6 months pregnant at the time (with Miss 18 Year Old).  But it was funny!  Sorry I don’t have a better picture of this outfit, It was dark out and I snapped it really quick before I changed out of it.  If you look to the left you can see a sneak peek of our newly painted vanity!  I will be revealing it later this week.  You can see another way I wore this sweater here

I bought these booties in the clearance aisle at Target last week, for $10.48!  they are not on sale online, strange.  They really hurt my feet when I first started walking in them, but by the time we got home, they were fine.

Target Booties

This was my first attempt at wearing a colorful tight, and I loved this outfit!  I struggled to find something that went with these wine colored tights, but I decided to go fairly neutral and let the tights be the focus.  You can see this striped shirt styled in a different way here.  You can see this skirt styled differently here

Look closely in this next picture.  There is snow on the deck!  I am not ready for this!  It was 22 degrees when I walked out of work today, and we had a 2 hour delay this morning.  You can see this jacket with a different outfit here, and the striped sweater here
